Sea Lions Starters
Designed for those looking to join Sea Lions Swim Team, but are lacking endurance and techniques. This class will go beyond the fundamentals taught in swim lessons. Participants will learn regulation turns, define stroke techniques, and build endurance. Participants will get to participate in an exhibition heat event at a Woodridge Sea Lions home swim meet. Class does not meet on weekends. Participants must have completed at least Level 6 of swim lessons.
Aquatic Program Registration
Registration is accepted at the Athletic Recreation Center, 8201 S. Janes Avenue for Cypress Cove for aquatic classes. Online, fax or mail-in/drop-off registration is also available. For more information, call (630) 353-3400.
